- Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom to balance your skills and efforts with prayerful dependence on Him.
- Make a list of things you worry about. Then ask God to give you His big-picture perspective.
- Ask a friend to help you pray about something that concerns you. Pray for your friend's needs in return.
