Led by Pastor Jolie, Foundations is a 12-week (often longer) journey through the core beliefs of our church. This class is perfect for new Christians, those new to FGCC, or anyone who’s never attended Sunday School before. In a warm, discussion-based setting, you’ll unpack essential biblical truths and learn what it means to live out your faith.

Taught by Brother Charlie Watashe, this class follows a quarterly curriculum format that offers rich, systematic teaching straight from God’s Word. Designed with a traditional approach, it’s a favorite among adults who love structured study. Whether you’ve studied the Bible for years or are just getting started, you’ll find encouragement and fresh insight here. 

Led by Rachael Blankenship, this class doesn’t stick to a set curriculum—instead, it focuses on dynamic teaching and open discussion of topics that meet you right where you are. It's a welcoming space for people of all ages to explore Scripture, share life, and ask honest questions about faith. Everyone’s voice matters in this interactive class! 

Our Nursery and Toddler Room provide warm, caring environments designed just for our youngest children. Ms. Sheryl Hedges leads our Nursery (birth–18 months), offering a calm, nurturing space where babies are comforted and prayed over. In our Toddler Room (18 months–2 years), Britni and Anthony Graham guide busy toddlers through simple Bible stories, songs, and hands-on activities that introduce them to God’s love in fun, age-appropriate ways. While you attend your own class, you can relax knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and surrounded by loving volunteers.

JKids—short for Jesus’ Kids—is led by Ms. Janet Hollister and offers a vibrant class where preschoolers and kindergartners experience Bible stories, crafts, worship, and interactive play that help them know God’s love and begin building a strong foundation of faith—all in a fun, age-appropriate setting. 

Led by Ms. Sonja Brown, our Grades 4–6 class is designed to help older elementary students dig deeper into Scripture and learn how to apply God’s Word to their lives. Through interactive lessons, thought-provoking discussions, and practical faith challenges, kids build a strong, personal relationship with Jesus and prepare to transition confidently into youth ministry. 

Led by Cherrie Kalbrier, our Youth Sunday School class is designed just for teens and preteens. This engaging class follows a quarterly curriculum that tackles real-life issues with biblical truth, encouraging students to grow in faith, build character, and apply God’s Word to everyday life.
Currently, our teens are joining the Foundations class with Pastor Jolie—but the Youth Class will resume at the end of the current Foundations session. We can’t wait to welcome students back for exciting studies, honest conversations, and a supportive community where they can deepen their relationship with Jesus.
