Mike and Jolie served together as Youth Pastors at FGCC for over 20 years, pouring into the next generation with passion, consistency, and love. In 2022, Jolie stepped into the role of Lead Pastor, continuing to lead with a heart for people, a deep love for God’s Word, and a commitment to seeing lives transformed by Jesus.
Mike now serves as FGCC’s Tech & Media Coordinator, handling everything from sound and livestreaming to cameras and digital systems. His behind-the-scenes work ensures each service runs smoothly and reaches far beyond the walls of the church.

Mikayla and Ryan lead FGCC Kids, creating a fun, Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith. They use puppets, videos, skits, and other creative tools to help kids engage with God’s Word. They also lead a biweekly small group for 4th–8th graders focused on discipleship and leadership development.
Mikayla holds a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a minor in Children’s Ministry. She also serves as FGCC’s church secretary, supporting the day-to-day operations and communication of the church.

Rachael and Cole got married in 2019 and stepped into youth ministry at FGCC shortly after. Together, they lead our student ministry with energy, authenticity, and a heart to see teens grow in their relationship with Jesus.
In addition to youth ministry, Rachael and Cole also oversee our church safety team, working to ensure that FGCC is a secure and welcoming place for everyone who walks through our doors.
